A quick summary
I have over 15 years of experience as a full-stack developer, working with business and technical customers to solve their problems.
I write clean, reusable, reliable, robust, and well-documented code, which has prompted generous accolades from other developers.
I have 8 years of UNIX Administration experience and a little bit of NT Administration.
I'm a certified Oracle Administrator, and have more than 5 years experience administering MySQL and PostgreSQL databases in smaller environments.
I have many Analyst skills, including source analysis, application promotions and release control, QA analysis, and as a reporting analyst.

Learning from mistakes leading to a layoff years ago, I am truly a continuous learner; seeking the technologies that my future employer needs.
My Strengths that you want to know about
I have four outstanding traits, a half dozen or more high quality skills, enough general expertise to go around, and at least one weakness.

1. I'm an excellent data structure organizer — Strong RDMS Designs based on source Analysis (people and systems), and associated documentation.
2. I have 25+ years experience as an exceptional procedure developer, (writing efficient, reusable, well-structured, clean, and well-documented code).
3. I'm a generalist; throw me onto something, I'll learn it and do it well. I'm also deeply dependable; I'll work as many hours as it takes to complete the job.
4. My mathematical and analysis skills are underutilized; I can solve for Eigen Vectors and coefficient uncertainties, and perform log analysis the hard way (shell commands with regular expressions).

• Well-educated with Oracle DB Administration, I also have 5+ years of small to mid-sized system DBA experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL
• UNIX / Linux shell scripting experience care of years of HP-UX Administration
• I have some Python, Perl, Ruby, and Java development experience. Know that i would practice this between sign-on and starting dates.
• Front end experience with PHP and JavaScript, including AJAX and jQuery. I prefer to keep separate files / no blending of the PHP, JS, HTML, and CSS.
• PL/SQL, T-SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL developer. The first two I may be a little rusty on, but A) I'm trained and experienced with them, and B) the similarities of these two and the last two is very high, (I've been going back and forth for 20 years).
• Continuous learning is a lot of what I do, ever since learning the hard way.
